We can now make ordering your projects much easier. Our individualized web portals allow you to have your projects all on your own ordering site making for easy 1-click order placement.

You might be asking yourself, what is a web portal? In its basic sense, it’s a website tailored only to your business that houses all of your specific products. From this site, you can place orders for all of your current products, or upload new files to print and add to your product data base. It is 100% catered to your business and allows for registered user logins to keep everything safe and secure.

All of our portals are directly linked to our estimating software so you have access to real time pricing as you are placing your order. Things to Know When Submitting Files

  • Set files up to correct finished size.
  • Include 1/8″ bleed when necessary.
  • Keep all text and images that do not bleed at least .25″ inside of the final trim size.
  • Photos and artwork must be CMKY (RGB files will not be accepted).
  • Image resolution should be 300 dpi or higher.
  • When printing spot colors, your color pallete should use named Pantone colors only.

Indesign, Illustrator,Photoshop, Acrobat Pro DC, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word

  • Files may be submitted by flashdrive or email.
  • Send all files being used- fonts, graphics, images,etc.
  • Accepted file formats include: PDF, EPS, Packaged Indesign Files, Photoshop Files with Layers, Embedded Illustrator Files
  • Convert all fonts to outline when possible.
  • Opentype (oft) and Truetype (ttf) fonts only.
  • Include font files with file submission.
